Our team would become fully involved with the coordination of your Event about one month before hand. As your Event Coordinator we help to execute and oversee what you have already planned to relieve stress on the day of the event. Being your Event Coordinator we would be oversee guest list, timelines, managing vendors, walk throughs, etc so you can enjoy your Event or Party without needing to worry about any logistics!


Event Coordinators Job Duties:

  • Managing vendors (This doesn’t include choosing or hiring vendors. This simply includes making sure vendors are on the same page.)

  • Creating timelines

  • Final walk through of Event Schedule

  • Orchestrating and managing the event (This includes managing vendors, making sure timelines are followed, handling any issues that arise, and making sure that the plans you’ve made for your event are executed.)

  • Setting up and tearing down of items that have been brought in

  • & much more.
